To confirm a reservation, the deposit is due within 7 business days of verbal or email confirmation. A 50% deposit is required on all rentals. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If you are confirming reservations 60 days or less before arrival date, your balance is due upon confirmation of 7 business days.  Written confirmation, area information and directions are sent upon receipt of deposit. Check - in after 3:00 p.m., Check - out before 10:00a.m. (depending upon occupancy, special arrangements may be made)  
 
$500 damage deposit required and is returned within 2 weeks after visit providing no damage to the property has occured.
